34. Death

God, with all the children who have been molested and then killed, I find that my situation could have been worse. I may not be what I could have been, but I have a chance, and the child who was hurt so badly that death came does not have that second chance. Death may sometimes feel like it would be better than my situation, but my second chance at a different way of life is good. I choose to be glad I have a second chance for living a good life. I am thankful that I did not meet death.
