Hope in Him

The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me, because the Lord has appointed me to comfort the brokenhearted and to announce that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed. He has sent me to tell those who mourn that the time of the Lord. s favor has come, and with it, the day of God. s anger against their enemies. To all who mourn in Israel, he will give beauty for ashes, joy instead of mourning, praise instead of despair. For the Lord has planted them like strong and graceful oaks for his own glory.
Isaiah 61:1-3

	Jesus loves you. He wants to give you a new life. He left the splendor of Heaven to walk as a man, to let you know He understands, to take your sins upon Himself, to suffer, and to give you resurrection power. All He asks is that you repent of your sins, call on His name, believe He did all of this for you, and He wants you to trust Him with your life. If you have never done this and you want this new life, please pray the following prayer:

I believe that You were conceived by the Holy Spirit, that You were born of a virgin, that You died for my sins, and that You rose again to give me hope for my future. I confess that I have not sought to know You in the past. I repent from living a life that is totally focused on me and now I want to learn how to focus on You. I want the Holy Spirit to enter my spirit and make me born again. I want to experience the fire of Your love. Take my life and remake me and give me all that You have for me. I love You with all the love I know how to give right now. I trust You to teach me how to love You more. In Your name I pray, Amen
